B4 Outdoors has been a lifelong dream of Kevin’s. He grew up in a hunting family and has hunted his entire life. However, he did not begin to find the call to help others through hunting and fishing until he started volunteering with several outdoor and wildlife organizations in his home state of South Carolina. His volunteer opportunities began with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resource’s “Take One Make One” program which introduced youth to hunting and fishing. As part of the program, Kevin mentored kids of all ages on dove, deer, turkey, and waterfowl hunts over the next five years, The hunt that made the most impact on him was a turkey hunt hosted by The Outdoor Dream Foundation. On this hunt, Kevin guided a young man with spina bifida who experienced mobility issues due to his illness. This opportunity and related friendships opened his eyes to the lasting effect a partnered hunt could have on someone who cannot hunt by themselves. Kevin also had the pleasure of acting as a host/guide on a Wounded Warrior waterfowl hunt which paired his love of hunting with his admiration and respect for our nation’s military and veterans. These early volunteer opportunities began to fuel a fire in Kevin’s heart. This led him to a career change in 2017 and the formation of B4 Outdoors a year later. Since then, Kevin has grown B4 to its current mission of helping rehabilitate veterans, first responders, and kids through hunting and fishing adventures.
Outside of B4 Outdoors, Kevin works in the golf industry as an assistant superintendent and spends his free time enjoying the outdoors with his two black labs, Logan and Camo! Kevin is a 2000 graduate of Clemson University in Clemson, SC, and earned a master’s degree in 2003 from The Citadel in Charleston, SC. He is also passionate about college athletics, especially college football and baseball. When not in the woods either hunting or making habitat improvements, he can be found watching his beloved Tigers!

Dayne Foote is an Active-Duty Air Force officer and has had the opportunity to be assigned around the world from Guam to Turkey as well as several bases in the continental United States. He is an avid hunter, outdoorsman, and is deeply passionate about the healing powers of time spent outdoors with good people. Additionally, Dayne and his wife, also an Air Force Officer, regularly stress to America’s Sons and Daughters in uniform the importance of finding healthy ways to deal with stress, anxiety, and all of the things life throws in our path while using those obstacles to grow into better people and better Americans. Both Dayne and his wife have spent time deployed in harm’s way, but love to find time to go back home to Oklahoma and Colorado to reconnect with nature and decompress from the life of a military family.
Dayne will assist the board with leading the organization with its new vision of “serving those who serve us” by bringing a fresh viewpoint on how our programs affect today’s warfighter and those who recently separated from the military. He brings vast experience to the board due to his past volunteer opportunities with other organizations who share similar missions as ours.
