If you plan on making other arrangements for the same date as the adventure, please refrain from submitting an application. Declining an offer or cancelling prevents us from extending the opportunities to another deserving individual.

Missouri Army Veteran Whitetail Hunt
Calling all Army Veterans who love to deer hunt!
If you are an Army veteran or currently serving on active duty in the U.S. Army, Army Reserves, or Army National Guard, we would like to invite you to apply for our annual David Dahl Rifle Hunt in Knox County, Missouri for the opening 4 days of the Missouri firearms season. We will be selecting 2 Army veterans to join us at the farm of Army veteran David Dahl and his wife Mariann for four days and five nights.
The 2 lucky Army veterans will need to arrive on Friday afternoon, November 13th to prepare for 4 days of hunting from November 14th through the 17th. You are welcome to depart after filling your tag or on the morning of the 18th.
Meals and lodging will be included, however the winners will be responsible for tags/license, travel, taxidermy, and meat processing.
To be eligible, you must be an Army veteran or on Active Duty in the Army, Reserves, or National Guard. We will accept applications until 11:59pm on Tuesday, September 29th. We will announce the winner on our social media platforms on Friday, October 2nd.
Non-residents are allowed 1 buck and the tag is $365. If you are a disabled veteran with a VA rating of 60% or higher, you qualify for resident pricing which reduces the cost of the buck tag to $25. Per our new policy effective January 1, 2026, we will request a $100 donation from the winner(s) of our adventure giveaways. If you can't afford the $100 please let us know, we have sponsors who are willing to help. Your ability to pay will not affect your eligibility for this current adventure or any future B4 adventures. The donation will go to expenses directly related to future adventures to help us continue to "serve those who serve us."

North Carolina Bear Hunt
B4 Outdoors is excited to offer one veteran or active-duty military member the opportunity to participate in a North Carolina Bear Hunt, set to take place November 9–12 in Wallace, NC, marking the opening week of bear season. This experience is part of our ongoing commitment to providing outdoor recreation for veterans.
Applications for this unique adventure open on September 7 and will close on September 15, with the lucky winner announced on September 18 via our Facebook page.
Selected hunters should plan to arrive on Sunday, November 8, to prepare for hunting from Monday through Thursday, with a departure scheduled for Friday, November 13.
Meals and lodging are included as part of this B4 Outdoors adventure, but hunters will need to handle their own tags/licenses, travel arrangements to Wallace, as well as taxidermy and meat processing costs.
Please note this is a physically active hunt requiring the ability to walk through the woods, although we can accommodate certain disabilities with prior notification.
We request a $100 donation from the winner(s) of our adventure giveaways. If this amount poses a challenge, please reach out to us, as we have sponsors willing to provide assistance. Your financial capability will not impact your eligibility for this or any future veteran hunting opportunities through B4 Outdoors. The donation will help cover expenses directly related to future adventures, allowing us to continue our mission to "serve those who serve us."
